What services do you offer?
We offer a variety of services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic nails, nail art, and more. Please visit our Services page for a complete list and pricing.
What are your operating hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM.
Do I need to make an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
We recommend making an appointment to ensure availability, but we do accept walk-ins based on availability
What happens if I arrive late to my appointments?
Our salon is very busy with appointments and if you are late, it might cause our technicians run behind their schedules for next customers. Therefore, we only offer 10 mins of grace period. If you are later than this, your appointments might be cancelled/rescheduled to fit in our schedules.
What is the difference between gel nails and acrylic nails?
Gel nails are applied on your real nails using a gel polish and cured under a LED light, resulting in a glossy and flexible finish. Acrylic nails are created by mixing a liquid monomer and powder polymer to form a hard protective layer over your natural nails.
Can I get a dip powder/ Acrylic Full-set on pedicures?
Sorry, we don’t offer Full set of Dip/Acrylic on our pedicures. We can help you to fix any of your toes temporally with acrylic if it is damaged but not for all of your toes.
Do you remove ingrown toe nails?
We are just licensed to do your superficial cut/remove your ingrown toe nails. If anything requires deeper removal will not be done by our technicians. We recommend you to contact your podiatrist for better help.
Do you take diabetic customers?
Yes, we are gently taking care for diabetic customers and not causing any bleeding or infections of their nails/skin. However, we recommend these customers to come to the Med Spa where they are professionally taking care for these people.
Do I get my deposit back if I cancel my appointment at last minute?
When you book your appointment online, you already agree with the No cancellation/reschedule within 24 hours policy. Therefore, you won’t get the deposit back if you cancel it less than 24 hours before your appointment.
What measures do you take to ensure cleanliness and hygiene?
We adhere to strict sanitation protocols, including sterilizing tools, using disposable liners, and maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for all our clients.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A $10 fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift cards that can be purchased in-store only. They make a perfect gift for any occasion!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Apple/Google Pay payments. Please note that gratuities are appreciated in cash/Venmo/Cash App.
Do you refund transactions after my services?
No, we don’t refund your transactions for any reasons. If you are not happy with your nails, please contact us for a redo appointment. We are happy to have your technician/someone else to fix your nails but we are not offering any refund after your services.
What should I do if I have a problem with my nails after my appointment?
If you experience any issues within a few days of your appointment, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you and provide any necessary repairs. The fee might be applied if it is caused by neglecting uses of your nails.
Does the warranty cover damage from using nails improperly?
No, the warranty does not cover damages resulting from the neglected or improper use of nails. Please ensure you follow the provided installation and usage guidelines.
Do you offer services for special occasions?
Yes, we offer private room for weddings, parties, and other special events. Please contact us for more information and availability.
Can you provide nail art or custom designs?
Absolutely! Our skilled technicians can create a wide range of nail art and custom designs. Feel free to bring in inspiration photos or discuss your ideas with us.
Do you have any reward program for loyal customers?
Yes, we do have a reward program for our loyal customers. You will get $10 off when you reach 500 points. You will receive a text message after your services about your reward points. Please let us know when you want to redeem your reward since it is not automatically applied to your total at check out.

We are located at 140 Charter Colony Parkway, Midlothian, VA 23114. Please see our Contact page for a map and directions. It is located in the same shopping center with Publix and ABCs Liquor store.

Do you offer services for children?
Yes, we offer kid-friendly manicure and pedicure services. Please contact us for more details.
Can I request a specific nail technician?
Yes, you can request a specific technician when booking your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your preference.
How should I care for my nails after a manicure or pedicure?
To maintain your nails, keep them moisturized, avoid harsh chemicals, and wear gloves when doing household chores. Follow any specific aftercare instructions provided by your technician.
Does it cost extra for gel color upgrade?
Yes, it does cost extra $20 for gel colors upgrade from regular colors.
How many people can stay in VIP room?
There are 9 pedicure chairs in VIP room. We can service up to 9 people at once.
How do I book appointments for my group in VIP room?
In order to reserve VIP room for your party, you will need more than 5 people or paying $10 extra per person to reserve this private room for your group. You will need to pay 20% deposit for this reservation. This deposit will be redeemed at check out. If you don’t show up for your appointment, then you will lose that 20% deposit. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please give us a call to adjust it before 24 hours from your appointment time. If anyone in your group doesn’t show up to their appointments, there will be a 20% fee applied to your total at check out.
How do I cancel appointments online?
If you want to cancel appointments that you booked online, please give us a call before 24 hours to cancel it. Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel before 24 hours, otherwise, you will loose $10 deposit.
Can I have tip extension on Gel Manicure?
No, you can’t extend your nails with fake tips with Gel Manicure. However, you can do this with Dip Powder or Full set of Acrylic.
What do you serve for customers?
We serve drinks such as water, sodas, tea, coffee, and wines for our customers. If you want to have a glass of wine, please have your ID available so we can check before serving you. Only 1 glass of wine can be served due to ABCs policy. Sorry we can’t provide more than that.
Can I bring a bottle of wine into your salon?
Due to ABCs policy, you can’t bring anything contains alcohol into our salon.
