Refund
- If you are not completely satisfied with your services, please call and schedule a redo appointment. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within seven days for gel polish/dipping services and three days for all of other services after your initial service date. We might charge you extra money to fix your nails if it is passing seven days/three days period.
- The redo policy does not cover a change in service or color.
- We do not offer refunds for any services or products.
- Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours.

Right to Refuse Service
- Anyone with a health/nail's condition we suspect may be contagious, open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
- Anyone more than 10 minutes late for an appointment.
- Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers

Salon Environment
- We understand that sometimes you must take phone calls while in the salon. We ask that you please set cell phones to low volume or private. Communication via FaceTime or speaker phone is not permitted to preserve guest experience and privacy.
- If you have group of people, please keep your voice as low as you can, so other customers can enjoy their relaxing time.

Children
- Please consider to have baby-sitter or guardian who can take care for your babies/ children while you are getting your nails done due to safety purposes.

Personal Items
We are not responsible or liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items.

Late Arrivals & Cancellations
- We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours' notice if you cancel or reschedule your appointments. Otherwise, we will apply $10 fee for the penalty.
- Due to scheduling commitments to other clients ‘schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late.
- If you have reservation for more than 5 people, we will ask you to deposit 20% prior to your services.
- If you want to change your services, please give us a call to update it before the arrivals. Otherwise, the 20% fee will be applied toward the final total.

Products/ Gift Cards
- There are no returns or exchanges of products purchased.
- Gift cards are not returnable or refundable for cash.

Payment Methods
- We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
- Tips will not be included in these payments. However, we do have Venmo/Cash App that you can send tip directly to your technicians.

Beverages:
- Anyone is over 21 years old and be able to show their valid IDs will be able to have a glass of wine/champagne from our salon.
- Due to ABC's policy, we can only serve up to 2 ounces of wine/champagne. Anyone doesn't have valid IDs will be refused to be served.
